Ethyl Ascorbic Acid

What it does

Stable Vitamin C derivative.

Benefits

Brightens, fades pigmentation, antioxidant. More stable than pure L-ascorbic acid (doesn't oxidise as quickly), gentler on sensitive skin. Converts to active Vitamin C in skin.

Concerns & Risks

Less potent than equivalent L-ascorbic acid concentrations. Results take longer to show. Generally very well tolerated.
