What it does

Antioxidant and skin conditioning agent.

Benefits

Neutralises free radicals from UV and pollution, supports skin barrier. Often paired with Vitamin C for stronger antioxidant network. Tocopheryl Acetate is the more stable ester form.

Concerns & Risks

Rare contact allergy in some individuals. Tocopheryl Acetate is less active than free Tocopherol but more shelf-stable.
